CGC performed a geotechnical review of the site ground conditions of the 85 lot subdivision and associated infrastructure of the Ripley Gateway Residential project.  Following delivery of the review, CGC undertook site investigations to identify the extents and depths of unsuitable materials at the site and provided earthworks optimisation for the developer with respect to treatment of the unsuitable materials at the site.
