MACKAY RING ROAD TENDER

PROJECTS

The Mackay ring road is an 11.3km greenfield highway bypass connecting the Bruce Highway north and south of Mackay. The project involved the construction of 11 bridges and overpasses as well as an embankment construction over cane fields, with compressible and highly reactive sub-grade materials.

CGC was the Geotechnical Designer and Advisor for our client’s bid to construct the highway. We provided temporary works designs, suitability assessments of site won materials, settlement and stability analysis for ground treatments and reinforced earth walls.
